I practice all of them, but am a little slow on self compassion. I tend to push myself to unforeseeable limits and then have to retract. I need to be gentler with myself and flow along. It's good to read your positive post.

Being In NCR getting closure to nature is something very difficult. But Journaling and Gratitude practice is something I do and Hydrating the body is a must for me. Eating following strict diet is not my cup of tea but yes, I try for mindful eating... But Digital detox is impossible in my life as my complete work happens online. But as a whole the list is very useful for many of us.
